✈️ 5 NEW Transfer Bonuses Just Dropped + More Hyatt News πŸ‘€

Hi Reader!

Transfer Bonuses GALORE!

It's October 1st (seriously, how is it October already?!) and the points and miles world is going crazy with transfer bonuses this month!

Rove released 3 NEW bonuses and Amex released 2 NEW bonuses today and that's on top of the other transfer bonuses that are still running 🀯

Not sure what a transfer bonus is? A transfer bonus is a limited-time promotion that gives you extra airline or hotel points when you transfer your credit card or rewards points to a specific travel partner.

That means you can book the same award flight or hotel using fewer of your points, making your points stretch even further without spending more $$!

Here are the current transfer bonuses this month, plus some not so great news regarding Bilt and Hyatt. . .

✈️ ROVE TRANSFER BONUSES

50% BONUS β†’ Japan Airlines Mileage Bank
Transfer 1,000 Rove Miles β†’ 1,500 JAL miles

With a 50% bonus, you can stretch your Rove Miles significantly further when booking Japan Airlines or through eligible partner awards (sometimes for a better deal!).

40% BONUS β†’ Air France-KLM Flying Blue
Transfer 1,000 Rove Miles β†’ 1,400 Flying Blue miles

Flying Blue can be a great option for award flights to Europe on Air France and KLM, and this 40% bonus makes those redemptions even more attractive.

UP TO 35% BONUS β†’ Qatar Airways Privilege Club
This one is tiered based on how many Rove Miles you transfer:
β€’ Under 50,000 miles β†’ 15% bonus
β€’ 50,000–99,999 miles β†’ 25% bonus
β€’ 100,000+ miles β†’ 35% bonus

For example, transfer 100,000 Rove Miles β†’ 135,000 Qatar Avios. Qatar Avios can also be moved between participating Avios programs, giving you additional redemption options.

All of these end October 31, 2026

If you don't have a Rove account yet, you'll get 1,000 Rove miles just by signing up for a FREE Rove account through my link πŸ‘‡

✈️ AMERICAN EXPRESS TRANSFER BONUSES

25% BONUS β†’ Air France-KLM Flying Blue
Transfer 1,000 Amex points β†’ 1,250 Flying Blue miles

If you don't have Rove miles to transfer to Flying Blue, this is another great option!

20% BONUS β†’ Aeromexico Rewards
Transfer 1,000 Amex Membership Rewards points β†’ 1,920 Aeromexico Rewards points

AMEX normally transfers to Aeromexico at a 1:1.6 ratio, so this one looks a little different from most Amex transfer bonuses.

Both of these end October 31, 2026

30% BONUS β†’ Hilton Honors
Transfer 1,000 Amex points β†’ 2,600 Hilton Honors points

Amex normally transfers to Hilton at a 1:2 ratio, so this 30% bonus bumps 1,000 Amex points up to 2,600 Hilton points.

Ends October 14, 2026

If you don't have a AMEX card yet, my personal favorite card of is the AMEX Gold Card because it earns 4x points on groceries and dining which adds up FAST!

This is my personal referral link. I may earn a referral bonus if you’re approved through my link.

OTHER TRANSFER BONUSES:

CHASE

70% BONUS β†’ Marriott Bonvoy
Transfer 1,000 Chase points β†’ 1,700 Marriott Bonvoy points

Ends October 15, 2026

CITI

30% BONUS β†’ Japan Airlines Mileage Bank
Transfer 1,000 Citi points β†’ 1,300 JAL miles

25% BONUS β†’ Avianca LifeMiles
Transfer 1,000 Citi points β†’ 1,250 LifeMiles

Both of these end October 24, 2026

πŸ’‘ POINT SAVVY TIP: Don’t transfer just because there’s a bonus! Find the award flight or hotel you want to book first, confirm availability, and then transfer the points or miles you need. Transfers are generally one-way, so once you're transferred them, you can’t move them back .

Lastly, Bilt dropped some bummer news on us regarding their transfer ratio to Hyatt.

Starting January 1, 2027, Bilt will change its transfer ratio to World of Hyatt from 1:1 to 4:3.

Currently 1,000 Bilt points = 1,000 Hyatt points, but starting January 1st, 2027. . .

1,000 Bilt points will only be worth 750 Hyatt points 😭

This comes on the heels of the Chase to Hyatt transfer ratio changes that took effect today, October 1, for Sapphire Preferred and Ink Business Preferred cardholders.

The good news? You still have through December 31, 2026 to transfer Bilt points to Hyatt at the current 1:1 ratio.

Ok, that's all for today, and it was a LOT, I know, but now you have a bunch of transfer bonuses to work with this month to stretch your points even further!

Hi Reader! Why Airline Credit Cards Deserve a Spot in Your Wallet ✈️ Plus, Atmos Rewards Cards just rolled out some seriously elevated credit card offers! If you've been following me for a while, you know I'm a BIG fan of transferable credit card points. Cards that earn Chase Ultimate Rewards, American Express Membership Rewards, Capital One Miles, and Citi ThankYou Points are some of my favorites because they give you FLEXIBILITY. Instead of being tied to one airline or hotel, you can...

Hi Reader! Are you team Carry-on or team checked bag? I'm almost ALWAYS team carry-on. In fact, I honestly can't remember the last time I checked a bag! I've packed for 10+ day trips with nothing but a carry-on and personal item, including trips to Spain, Las Vegas, and our recent 11-day road trip through Florida. Why do I love traveling carry-on only? ✈️ Less stress. My bags stay with me the whole time. πŸ’° Less money spent on baggage fees. πŸ‘— And honestly? I've learned that I never actually...
